This complete workshop PDF takes you from creation of the fish template (resist and fin patterns), through the layout of fibres and attaching fins and tails and finally firmly felting everything together.  It includes creating a wood and wire base, then stuffing and mounting the fish.  Also included are ideas for other details on your fish and for hanging the fish instead of mounting on the stand.
